A friend of a friend needs to go from the Pacific Northwest to Tulsa, Oklahoma because of a family crisis there. She has no contacts in Tulsa, outside of the person she’s going there to help. It would be very helpful to her if she could learn about community resources in Tulsa—church groups, women’s groups, social service agencies, justice groups.
